IMPORTANT ALERT: The venue for the IMGS 2024 conference has been changed to the Georgia State University College of Law due to cost issues with the Hyatt. However, the new location is conveniently located less than three blocks away from the original venue (~0.4miles/0.6km), ensuring a smooth transition. The list of recommended hotels remains the same, all within a short walking distance of the conference venue. This change will not require any major alterations to existing travel or hotel plans.

Located in the heart of downtown, Georgia State University lies in close proximity to several major tourist attractions, including the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, and Centennial Olympic Park.

• Marriott Residence Inn Downtown: this is a short (<2 minute) walk away from the GSU College of Law. Rooms are available at ~$200 per night. Each room contains a kitchentte.
• Hilton Candler Hotel: This location is right across the street from the GSU College of Law. Rooms are available at ~$310 per night.
• Marriott Residence Inn Midtown/Georgia Tech: This is located 0.2 miles from the MARTA station in midtown. This hotel is about 15 minutes from the conference venue by public transit. Rooms are available at ~$150 per night.
